It is the responsibility of all travelers to ensure they possess the necessary passport, visas, permits, and certificates for entry into the countries they will be visiting during their trip. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months beyond the duration of your trip. We cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry, deported, or unable to utilize travel services due to inadequate passports or visas.

Upon completing your booking, you will receive a Booking Confirmation and invoice with payment instructions. Once payment is processed, your booking will be secured.

As the event approaches, we will communicate important travel details to ensure you make the most of your event experience and travel with confidence. Should you have any inquiries, our Travel Consultants are always on hand to assist.

Approximately two weeks before the event commences, you will receive a Travel Documents email containing pertinent information about your booking, services, and personalized details. If you require physical items (such as tickets or merchandise), these will be dispatched via post or courier at this time.

If you plan to depart from your postal address earlier than two weeks before the event, kindly inform us so we can arrange an alternative delivery method for your physical items. We may opt to deliver them to your hotel for collection upon check-in or make them available for pickup at a designated location

Your tickets will be sent either digitally within your travel documents email or physically within your parcel if they are hard-copy. Please refer to the previous question for a more detailed explanation of this process. Further information regarding the travel documents process will be provided to you when you make a booking. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

The travel industry operates well in advance, often planning events more than four years ahead, even though flights are typically only available for booking up to 11 months ahead. Consequently, we frequently have event listings published for future years. If you're interested in attending such an event, we recommend checking out its listing and joining the waitlist. By doing so, you'll receive email notifications when tickets become available, as well as access to early-bird specials and a pre-sale window, allowing you to secure your trip before others.

Yes. As an online travel company, our customers are located around the world and travel to events around the world too, not just inbound/outbound for Nigeria. Many of our travel products are priced in NGN. If pricing is in NGN, you can make payment in your local currency which is then converted to NGN at time of payment.

Some of our pricing is in the currency where the event is taking place (e.g. Nigerian NGN). This means prices can be fixed and you benefit from less currency changes, ultimately making prices cheaper. If you are an Nigerian customer and pricing is in a foreign currency, you can pay in NGN, which is then converted to the foreign currency at time of payment.

Once your booking is confirmed, changes are typically not feasible. The possibility of making changes depends on the specific alterations requested and the policies of the service provider. Each change request is evaluated individually.

In general, upgrades such as ticket upgrades, additional nights, or extra travelers can usually be accommodated at any time. However, it is advisable to include upgrades when initially booking to ensure seating arrangements, optimal pricing, and availability for all travelers.

When making a booking with Events Travel, all customers are required to adhere to our Booking and Travelling Terms and Conditions, available on our website or upon request in PDF format. These terms extensively cover cancellation policies.

We strongly advise customers to obtain travel insurance to protect themselves in unforeseen circumstances. Our Travel Consultants can assist in choosing the appropriate policy, or customers may opt to purchase insurance elsewhere or use coverage provided by their credit card provider

Packages cater to independent travelers and do not include day-to-day supervision by Events Travel Staff. While traveling with a package, you're on your own, but you may still encounter Events Travel staff at formal events, transfers, or collection centers.

Conversely, tours involve being accompanied throughout your journey by a seasoned Tour Manager who oversees the group and ensures a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Our tours are designed for small groups and offer a blend of event experiences, destinations, and often feature specific themes such as golf, gourmet, or nature. They provide a great opportunity to travel with like-minded individuals and relax knowing that all arrangements are taken care of.
